Where it all started
My passion for personal development began with rhythmic gymnastics at the age of 5. This was the beginning of a lifelong love for all things fitness and saw me travel the world as a competitive gymnast, eventually representing New Zealand on the World Stage at the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
After retiring from competitive gymnastics, I knew I wanted to help others experience the freedom and empowerment that comes from moving with confidence. The beautiful feeling of being unrestricted, mobile and truly content with your body; something I think everyone deserves. Working as a personal trainer, I find joy and fulfilment in coaching people through physical and emotional limitations, with an empathetic approach to everyone’s unique goals and circumstances. Since starting my business in 2017, I’m fortunate to have been recognised as the REPS up and coming personal trainer for New Zealand in 2018. I’m enthusiastic about helping anyone, from professional athletes to weekend warriors explore their potential and achieve lasting results.
