2 x 30min Classes/tutorials demonstrating Functional Range Conditioning with Personal Trainer Josh Nicholas

Class 1: Neck, knees and toes. Join Josh & Kate as they go over training some of the forgotten friends of the body: Neck, knees and toes! This class will help improve function in these areas to improve your everyday life and your training life.

Class 2: Super Spine. Join Kate & Josh as they take you through creating a strong and versatile spine. This class is designed to help reduce back pain, improve spinal function and reduce chance of spinal injury.
