A 25 Minute Class:
Are you Hyper-mobile?!
Are you finding it hard to progress in the gym?

Did you answer yes to any of these? Then this is the class for you!
Being Hyper-mobile is a blessing and a curse, we have a lot more space around our joints than the average person so it is important that we stabilise and strengthen the joints first before we start throwing weights around for our safety.
Performing this class 3-4 x a week or everyday if you are up for it, is a great way to future proof your joints and prevent injuries, you will need a block or pillow and a thick band, I use Apefit (Recommend) or you can you just a normal rubber mini loop.
