You will receive: 2 classes 35 & 45mins Class + their cut downs into Upper body, lower body and spinal stretch sections. So you can choose to do the whole class for a full body stretch or dive into a specific section of the body you feel needs attention. A regular Stretching program will help improve posture, develop body awareness, improve coordination, promote circulation, increase energy, develop breath & nervous system awareness and promote relaxation to relieve stress
