So you can choose to do the whole class for a full body stretch or dive into a specific section of the body you feel needs attention. A regular Stretching program will help improve posture, develop body awareness, improve coordination, promote circulation, increase energy, develop breath & nervous system awareness and promote relaxation to relieve stress

    I like the two options (35 and 45min), easy to fit them after my training. Great selection of stretching exercises, I found them really effective.
