Stretching, Stability and Strength training for Shoulder Injuries and Imbalances, whether you are prehabing or rehabbing the niggles in your Shoulders, Neck and/or Upper Back this is a great educational class for you Our lifestyles with poor posture pull us out of alignment creating all sorts of pain and injury, this class works to stretch out our chest and lats to give us the space to strengthen our Shoulder Stabilizers and Improve our posture You’ll need a theraband (can use long band loop or towel), light Dumbbells and a mini band loop
